Warranty

Extended Eyeglass Warranty

New glasses are guaranteed by our practices to be of the highest quality materials and free from any defects. Your frame will be repaired or replaced for a period of one year from date of purchase if there are any defects.

You are also entitled to a one-time replacement at no charge to you if your frame breaks or your lenses scratch during normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Your “Lost or Stolen Benefit” entitles you to a 50% discount on the purchase of a new frame and a 15% discount on lenses if your glasses are lost or stolen for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

*You may have a warranty from your vision insurance carrier which may supersede this warranty.
